  • One-to-one Mentorship
  • Mock Tests
  • Doubt-Solving Sessions
  • Study Materials and Free Resources

Access to services is provided for the duration mentioned at the time of enrollment.

2. Account & Access

  • Users must provide accurate registration details.
  • Course and mentorship access is personal and non-transferable.
  • Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
  • Vidya Lift reserves the right to suspend access if misuse or unauthorized sharing is detected.

3. Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full before access is granted.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payments once made are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy (Non-Refundable).

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Vidya Lift, including:

  • Video lectures
  • Notes and study materials
  • Mock tests
  • Resources

is the intellectual property of Vidya Lift.

You may not:

  • Copy, record, download (unless allowed)
  • Share, distribute, or resell content
  • Upload materials to any public platform

Violation may lead to immediate termination without refund.

5. Course & Mentorship Policy

  • Schedules for live sessions or mentorship may be adjusted if required.
  • Mentors or faculty may be changed based on availability.
  • Access duration will not be extended unless explicitly stated.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Vidya Lift provides academic guidance and support. We do not guarantee:

  • Passing exams
  • Specific marks or ranks
  • Professional outcomes

Success depends on the student’s effort and preparation.

7. Code of Conduct

Users must:

  • Maintain respectful behavior in sessions and communication
  • Avoid misuse, harassment, or disruptive activity

Violation may result in suspension or termination without refund.

8. Service Changes

Vidya Lift reserves the right to:

  • Improve platform functionality at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

Vidya Lift is not responsible for:

  • Internet or technical issues on the user’s side
  • Missed sessions due to user unavailability
